What we do
1-800-NEW-TURF is a lead-generation and referral service. We help connect property owners with independent installers and service providers for new lawns, lawn renovation, and erosion control (by sod, seed, or hydroseeding). We are not the installer and do not perform the work ourselves.
Independent contractors
Projects are performed by independent contractors unless a written agreement states otherwise. Contractors set their own proposals, scope, pricing, schedules, warranties, and exclusions. A referral, listing, or network membership is not an endorsement or guarantee of any contractor.
No guarantee of results
Turf establishment, erosion control, and related outcomes depend on soil, site preparation, materials, weather, watering, maintenance, and contractor execution. We do not guarantee any specific result.
Trademarks
Turf Blaster®, Turf Blasters®, and “Kickin’ Some Serious Grass!®” are registered trademarks of New Turf Ventures, Inc., used under license. 1-800-NEW-TURF is used under license. New Turf Network™ is a claimed mark used under license.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turf Blasters Services, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or service. New Turf Ventures, Inc. is the trademark holder only and is not a party to any service arrangement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Turf Blasters Services, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
